Good day ,
My question:
1. Is there any exercise / medicine  which will help Accomodative ET.
2. patient age 7 yrs 4 months.
3. using glass (unifocal) for right eye is +3.5 and for left eye + 2.5.

The best and most effective treatment for accommodative esotropia is glasses to correct farsightedness.  Your child will not be able to "exercise" himself out of needing glasses because there are no exercises to make the farsightedness go away.  Sometimes children with this condition need a bifocal.  It is not unusual for glasses and eye muscle surgery in combination to be needed.  Surgery does not eliminate the need for glasses, and many parents who have decided proceed with surgery and then discontinued glasses on their own have noted with dismay the eye crossing returning.

Best regards to you doctor for your suggestion & prompt reply.As the local doctor is saying , glass is only the treatment.
Last month  we went to SANKER NETHRALAYA , India for the same treatment &  better suggestions.
Doctor advised him to use the same glass & told us to visit him after one year.

Is there any medicine to improve the eye muscle movement.
