You do not cure intermittent exotrophia symbol X(T) especially in adults. The best you can hope for is that the prescription glasses, when worn, will help you keep your eyes straight. The glasses (or contacts, or refractive surgery) should be done all the time during waking hours to control X(T).
The glasses are not like braces on the teeth.

i know u can tell but when u have ambloypia and interemnet extrophia. The eyeglasses makes my eyes straight. But i do not see my eyes move together in the eyeglasses.
