Eye Muscle Weakness?

Hello,

A few months ago I developed a corneal ulcer which was treated with two types of antibiotic eye drops 4 x per day and by wearing no contact lenses for about 2 weeks.

Since having this ulcer I experience to me what feels like muscle weakness in this eye.  I don't have any vision loss or notice any difference in my vision whatsoever.  However, there is always that pressure feeling where the eye feels particularly tired & heavy.  Is this a normal symptom to experience after having a corneal ulcer?  If so, how long should I expect it to last & what can I do to improve it?  I also develop headaches above this eye occasionally.

Thanks.

No it is not a normal sensation following a corneal ulcer. you need to return to see the ophthalmologist that treated you. I would suggest scheduling the appointment as a complete exam rather than a recheck. That means they will check your glasses, do glaucoma test dilate your eyes.
