Astigmatism
My son(11 yrs) diagonosed as "astigmatism" . His prescription says -2.75 in right and -2.5 in left eye. This is his first time eye check up. He never complaining about any problem. His doctor says that he needs checkup in every 6 months interval. Now my concern is - is there any excercise for eyes which can control that problem ? He is using glass.

may have something to do with the time of day you have your vision checked. I refuse to go to the eye Dr. until afternoons as I know my astigmatism is much worse when I awaken. Pressure from eye lids closed, pillows, etc. You have also only changed one diopter is no biggie wow wow! Only your eye doc is concerned which way your 'football' is pointing so feel free to leave that information out.
