Eyes hurt only when looking out the corners

OK i cam back from playing baseball, and after i sat down to look at the computer, i noticed my eyes hurt only when looking out the corners. No pain when looking up or down or right to left just top and bottom corners?

I got up today after good night of sleep, still same... they don't hurt when looking straight and feel normal, only lookig out the corners
Please help? 'I am worried !!!

but do you think its optical neuritis?  its just moderate pain when looking out the corners of the eyes... no other symptoms, except a couple weeks back had head pressure on the temples almost every day, when i was stressed and anxious but that went away as soon as i stopped being stresse... please advise

thank you!

Could be some irritated skin tissue at the corner of your eyelids due to dryness or sun exposure. Try some warm compresses and artifical tears. Not likely to be serious. Be sure to wear a hat with bill and eye sunglasses when playing.
