Well it is a delicate surgery. It can result in vision from good to near blindness.
It's just an attempt to get vision back.

The other eye is not affected by surgery.
But what were the reasons for retinal detachment in the affected eye? These could also lead to detachment in the other eye.
Have the other eye checked regularly and whenever there are new spots, floaters or flashes.

Thanks,
Will u plz tell me how much risk involved in this surgery?  Is there any danger of complete vision lost or any other complication?

Moreover if I didn’t go for the surgery then what can be the effects of this? Is with the time passage complete loss and can the other eye be effected?

There is a surgery called vitrectomy.
The jelly of the eye including the blood from the hemorrhages is removed and replaced by silicone oil or gas. The replacement material pushes the retina back to the place where it belongs.
