Check out orthostatic hypotension:

And as Dr. Hagen says, get yourself to your regular physician. An eye doc, even a good one, isn't where you need to be for this problem.
I believe that is called postural hypotension.
The main problem that it happens everytime i stand up
The people I knew who blacked out in this manner did so from low blood pressure.
Well , i talked about that problems with the ophthalmologist and he told me that it's a matter
of Arteries and he explained it like this way
when you are laying down the arteries walls dilated and while you are standing they shrink to let the blood reach your head and and this mechanism\reaction takes more time than the others in your body
So what you think?
Thanks anyway

Glasses would not cause your symptoms. Blacking out and headache are potentially very serious problems. You need to see your personal physician for a exam and work up.
About your glasses, only you and your "eye doctor" can tell for sure.
