One eye larger than the other

I posted a few weeks ago but have an update and still no answers. I have been to 3 eye doctors one of which was a neuro ophthalmologist. A couple months ago I had started having eye pain. Pressure behind the eye. Mild headaches. Over the last few weeks I have noticed that they eye that has the pain has become noticeably larger. None of the Drs I have seen have seen anything wrong. I have done blood work and have tested for thyroid issues and Graves which came back negative. I have recently had a CT Scan which shows nothing. Sinuses are clear. Nothing seen in the orbits. I am continuing to have eye pain and strain as well as mild headaches and it seems at this point I am just being told there's nothing they can do and that everything's fine. What am I missing? Clearly there is something wrong. I don't feel well and I there is a physical appearance change.

6 months ago I did see a Neurologist because I was having some tingling and numbness in my feet and hands. They didn't do any invasive testing but chalked it up to possible anxiety. Could this be related?

I have been to the Dr more in the last few months Than my entire lifetime combined. I am not a hypochondriac at all. I seriously don't feel well. I want to tell myself it's in my head and just hope it goes away but as I mentioned. There is a very obvious change in appearance of my eyes.

Please help.

The way I see it you have two choices: Accept the fact that if you had something obvious it would have been diagnosed in all the tests and consultation's you've had. Move into "expectant observation" which means waiting to see if anything else develops. Some diseases are so obscure and difficult to diagnose that it is only over an extended period of time and the development of new signs and symptoms that they can be characterized. This is called "the march of symptoms"  Your other option is to bundle all your tests and consults together and head for a world class tertiary referral center that deals with ultra obscure and difficult to diagnose diseases such as the Mayo Clinic or the Cleveland Clinic. I don't see any other options.
