Focusing issues

Hi, haven't posted here before, my eyes are worrying me a great deal, quite a decrease in sharpness over the last year - just moved to South Korea, and haven't been using my glasses as they got crushed in flight. Find that not only is my vision not as good, but that the time it takes to focus clearly seems longer, I don't have the speed of vision that I had before, and I'm only 28, really worried, and as I'm not in an English country it's very difficult to explain this to on Optometrist. Andy help or advice would be great. Oh and as a post-note, I have for the last few months been using a Sony PSP occasionally, and have found that it seems to exacerbate the sense of damage, or the actual damage itself. Thanks

The PSP is not an issue. Losing your glasses is. As a minimum get replacement glasses shipped to you from your last optician. Korea has excellent Eye MDs if the problem continues see one of them or return home for an exam. BUT FIRST GET YOUR GLASSES REPLACED.
