Having the vision of a "camera flashing into your eye"

Hello everyone. Lately my vision looks like as if a camera just flashed into my eyes. It's difficult for me to describe what I'm seeing but it's not floaters and I believe it isn't flashes. I have a few floaters along with the "camera flash" eyes. Does anyone know what the problem may be and if this is normal?

I go on the computer a lot, probably 6hours+ a day if that means anything.

Thank you.

*EDIT*

I'd like to clarify that the vision is more noticeable when I look at things at a dark setting, but when I look at my bright computer screen then it's not as noticeable

You need to have a complete dilated eye exam to make sure there are no retinal problems. Please see your eye doctor.
