Hello, I am curious to how big the blind spot is?

Is the blind spot big enough to make large things disappear from a distance, for instance if i stick my arm at maximum lenghth and close one eye and move my index finger across my vision the finger completely dissapears or if from a farther distance my blind spot can make people totally disappear.

is this normal? Thank you

What is the location? Is it just to the lateral side of your central vision? What does the blind spot look like? How long has it been going on for?

Well i read every one has a natural blind spot and this is the only part of my vision I can detect this blind spot, in my left eye its a little to the left of the my central vision and in my right eye its a little to the right of my right central vision. It doesnt really look like anything and only really noticeable when my nose is blocking out my vision or I am covering one of my eyes.
