Best of luck. You could discuss with your ophthalmologist trying neosynephrine 2.5% to dilate the pupil and elevate the lid. The 2.5% will likely be too strong but a compounding pharmacist could dilute to 1% or 0.5% and it might be helpful
Thank you so much for the response. My daughter's surgery was for palmar hyperhidrosis. They cauterized a nerve at the T3 level. Her surgeon said some electric current must have traveled up her nerves and damaged the stellate ganglion. He was 98% sure it would heal but we are losing hope for a complete recovery because of how long it is taking. She does look so much better though. Again, thank you.

I do not have any personal experience with patients having this type of surgery. If the surgery was done in the neck area for a facial problem it could be permanent.
