Over correction after IOL IMPLANT

I had Iol implant 14 months ago everything went ok visions is good 20/15 they say ,but itell them i can see it but it blurry,also I found when I wake up in morning my distance vision is blurry which can last up to an hour then corrects,but not 100% sharp.My question is they said im slightly over corrected,will this vision get better as I get older,or worst,

Very few things get better as you get older, the eyes are no exception.  If you use to be +5.75  most surgeons would try to over correct you a little and leave you a little myopic so that you would be less glasses dependent.

Thanks John,if i did not have any eye dieases, or other problems,would my vision get better as I get older due to degeneration of vision,i use to be a +5.75 both eyes before iol implants,now im overcorrected by small - refraction,?

At 14 months things should be stable.  Your vision is affected by many things such as age other than your IOL so yes you may have other changes in your vision due to age or disease.
