Treating your dry eye condition may improve your vision.  Ask your eye doctor about treatment options.  It is also possible that you have some residual refractive error.  In this case, glasses, contacts or a LASIK touch-up would help.

If you can't adjust to monovision, it can be eliminated with glasses, a contact lens, or LASIK.

I never recommend monovision unless the patient tolerated it before surgery.  It may take three to four month before you adapt to it.
