Hello
Following laser eye surgery I have been experiencing problems with the symmetry of my eyes. One of my eyes protrudes slightly forward compared with the other. This has made me quite self conscious and I am really looking for the best solution to improve this issue.
I have heard of procedures such as Coleman fat transfers and Orbital decompression but unsure as to whether these are the most effective approaches. Ideally I would like to avoid invasive surgical interventions if at all possible.
This issue has caused a lot of discomfort around the eyes due to asymmetry of sensations and has caused me a great deal of psychological stress, when trying to communicate with others.
Also, how can orbital pain be managed until I find a more permanent solution?
Thank you
