Jones tubes and CPAP

I had Jones tubes implanted five weeks ago. My left eye tube looks, feels and functions fine.  My right one, however, became swollen with a small bump developing in the corner of the eye, and it is painfull.  The right tube has migrated upward and is malpositioned.  Surgeon says to take an antibiotic for a week and then he'll reposition the tube.  But, he cannot address my other problem of how to use my CPAP mask at night without the pressure sending air into the Jones tubes and creating airflow to the eye and pressure under the eyelid.  He's done many Jones tube procedures and has never had this complaint before.  Any ideas??

I have a Jones tube in left eye. I recently started using a cpap, starting with the mask before going to the newer nose unit. The pressurized air (on lower setting of 7) also blows under my eyelid. I filled the left nose cup with soft paper to direct air through right nostril only. This helps, but when I exhale, the outgoing air sends some of the flow through the Jones tube.
I MUST use the cpap, as my blood oxygen got into the 60s during sleep study, and breathing interrupted 30 times. While on the cpap, oxygen in the high 90s and I feel better.
My right eye has 20-200 vision and left eye corrected to 20-25. I do not want to sacrifice my vision if there is a way to avoid it.
What is your suggestion to solve this problem?
Do you think a surgical approach should be looked into?

Discuss with your pulmonary MD sleep specialists trying one of the newer small, non-mask types of devices instead of the large CPAP mask.
