LED lights

Do LED lights damage the retina? My husband recently replaced quite a few fixtures in our home with energy-efficient LED lights and I'm wondering if they are cause for concern.

I personally do not think LED lights can damage your eyes though it is not very pleasant to stare at them for a long time. I'm not sure about China product. Should have it checked by the experts as I really don't trust their quality.

Aside from Olympic medals!

Have you heard of any kind of eye damage from LEDs? Obviously I'm not going to stare into them.

Thank you so much for your reply, Dr. He ordered them online and they were shipped from China, so now I'm hoping that have the same safety standards as the US.
