Latent Hyperopia

My opthamologist gave me a cyclopegic refraction and determined that I have latent hyperopia and farsightedness of +3.50.   My opthamologist said I could just titrate my glasses strength up as needed and so far I'm up to +2.00 and it's definitely helping. My question is with latent hyperopia will I need to have reading glasses of +3.50 for perfect sight or do my eyes help some (in which case I won't need to go all the way up to +3.5 maybe).  I'm just wondering because I'm titrating myself up slowly to see what's the perfect strength and I'm not sure if I should just be increasing the strength faster to get up to +3.5.
Thanks.

I'm 24 and I've been using readers now for 6 months and they've helped a lot. Just wondering if I should go up to +3.5 no matter what.  Sounds like I should just titrate myself up until it seems to be working perfectly.

If you are still in your 30's or less you not need readers.  Most patient will not tolerate the full correction, but can come close.
