Lazy eye

I am 50 years old and have a lazy eye since childhood.

Recently I have been adviced by an eye doc and also one optometrist to use a sofrware called Neurovision, they said that there is a high probability that after 3 months that I use th software the lazy eye will become normal.

Another eyes doc told me that there is no benefit for me from doing this treatement because even if the lazy eye will be fixed and become normal it will niot provide to me any benefit, this doc also told me that if the healthy eye will one day stop function because of any reason than the lazy eye will become healthy anyway. Is it true ?

Could anyone tell me if there is any point to do this treatement ? and if there is anyone here ho can contribute from his experience or any information you have.

Thank you.

The "neurovision" is promising but unproven technology.  I think it has been oversold to you.   If something happens to your good eye the lazy eye may see some better, may see a lot better. probably not get to "normal" though.

No way to tell, hope you never have to find out, protect both your eyes from injury and disease.
