Loose pigment in eye?

Went for a eye test with the same doctor I’ve seen for years, I’m 24- he did a a slit lamp and said all was well however after it, he said I have some loose pigment like “threads flowing away from a curtain”, but he brushed over it and said in my case it’s normal?

I’m just curious what that meant, what does it meant by my iris having loose pigment??? Should I be monitoring this or is this nothing

I don't have any idea what that means. You will need to ask for a better explantion.
