Do not puncture them. This could cause staph, scarring or damage to the eye glands and actual eye.
Wash eyes with warm water, Johnsons baby shampoo.
Get a clean, white sock, laundered in hot water, free of fabric softener.Fill sock with rice.
Tie filled sock with rice. Heat up in microwave till it is very warm.
Use this as a heat compress to those bumps. make sure that sock is not hot - that is delicate skin near your eyes.
Keep eyes clean, free of moisturizers - apply warm compress nightly. 10 min
See a good eye Doctor as soon as you can.
doing surgery on yourself is a recipe for disaster. If you are in England see your primary care MD in the NHS or if possible see a private sector Eye MD ophthalmologist.

They arent in/on my tear duct (the red corner bit of your eye right?) they are on the skin below it.
im not american i live in england.
im pondering wether i should burst them with a needle, im not sure if there is anything inside them. i dont want to risk turning them into scabs tho
You may be seeing the opening of your tear ducts they are small bumps that appear white with a small opening in them.
In any case if you have not had an eye exam in the last year see an Eye MD find one at www.aao.org
