Migraines and Visual Disturbances

For about two months now, I've been experiencing migraines and several eye symptoms that raise my concerns. I started getting migraines when capillaries in my eye burst, and now I'm taking nortriptyline which helps with the headaches, but not my eyes. I have ongoing visual disturbances at all times of the day which include: traces or tracks, auras, my vision cutting out suddenly, bright lights, discolouration, new floaters, and eye weakness. Also my one pupil (in the eye that's usually the more bothersome one, the one with the burst capillaries) is often larger than the other recently, and my eyes feel like they're actually being pushed out of my skull. My eyelids are always swollen and I experience severe pain in my eyes and am extremely photosensitive. I have a lot of chest pain with the migraines or eye aches. I experience disturbances in my hearing, such as echoing in the ear on the same side of my head as the bothersome eye. Especially loud music, or someone shouting distorts into noise, like the music on a bad stereo being full blast.

One thing that may be a cause of this is because my eating schedule is awful. I just started trying to eat better but for a few months I was stressed out and didn't have a lot of interest (or money) for food. Any thoughts?

also, I have been to many general practitioners and eye doctors and they all say they see no reason for my symptoms, perhaps maybe stress or anxiety, or migraines.
