Mosquito Bite puffiness on eyelid.

Ive gotten bitten by a mosquito before, but this one is a bit harder to get rid of. Ive tried Really hot towels to take away the bacteria, and aloe vera, I don't know how to get rid of this either, I would really want to get rid of this in about one month, I want to look (not like this) for my birthday! Please help, Is there is any home remedies please let me know!  
Info: Eyelid is dry, puffy, more wrinkles or lines, Ive actually applied Vitamin E lotion on but won't work either.

Oh and Its been a couple days. Its calmed down a bit but still puffy and dry.

Try cool compresses, oral benedryl and topical over the counter steroid ointment.
