My 16 year old daughters has problems with her eyes

My 16 year old daughter has problems that are found in women in my age range. Right before her 16th birthday she noticed a difference between her right and left eye. Not only does she have light sensitivity but when she looks out of her right eye it's seem as if she have sunglasses on. She also can't see in the dark . When the wind hits her eyes they water. When she wakes up in the morning it takes up to 30 minutes for her to completely see. We have went to about five different doctors and none of them have agreed on what's wrong with my child's eye. There have been many pictures taken and tests and in every picture and test you can see the difference between her eyes. In her right eye she has a enlarged blind spot and many doctors point that spot out to fit in to what they have been studying. Which doesn't help us at all. If any doctor has a idea of what could be wrong with her eyes please let us know. Thank you so very much.

With that quality of facility its not likely that any important tests were omitted.

We have to Strong Memorial in Rochester, NY and 3 other retina specialists . A ERG is scheduled For the 31st of this month. Are there any other tests my daughter should have to help with a diagnosis?

Well there is no way I can even suggest a diagnosis but I would suggest taking all of the tests and Medical records to a world class tertiary diagnostic center like Mayo Clinic, or in the NE the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins University medical school.
