Thanks for your reply.
Sorry, i'm not really understand about eye structure. I might give you wrong information. The word pupil i wrote in my question is means the black dot. When we see our face through mirror, i can see my eye have 3 round area. The first area is in white color. The second, is it call iris whereby people have different color. And the third area is the circle i mean black dot. The most inner area when we see with bare eye. What is it call? That is the area where i means it become bigger. Besides, I had information from my doctor said that my eye fluids pressure may change because of the changes of my eye structure. This happened after the shuttlecock incident. It is traumatic iridoplegia as you meant above.

For your info : my doctor is a ophthalmologist. I just a bit nervous to know more about my eye condition. Can it be cure?

Yes the black dot is the pupuil traumatic means "injury" "Iridoplegia" means the iris is paralized or does not move correctly so its usually bigger than the other pupil and does not move correctly. the muscle that makes the pupil smaller is more suseptible to injury than the muscle that dilates the pupil so almost always the injured pupil is bigger.

What your ophthalmolgist may mean is that the injury may also damage the aqueious drainage in the eye and some eyes that have traumatic iridoplegia also later develop traumatic glaucoma

Thank you.
Now i'm fully understand the condition. With my current condition, will i able to go diving and bungee jump and high mountain trekking (2000m above see level), which normally air and water pressure is high? Will these kinds of activities cause my eye pressure high.

Need your advice for my future activities.

Obviously ask your eye MD. I do not think there will be any limitations. We do not advise our glaucoma patients not to mountain climb or deep see dive (neither do we encourage them to do these either)
