See lights moving when eyes move
I was having exam in an exam hall and my vision suddenly flicker as if the lights in the hall has switched off and on in split second. After the paper while I was looking at lights, I see them moving when I move my eyes.
What caused these? Is it due to stress and my low blood pressure?

I didn't feel light headed or dizzy but my vision just blacked out for a moment. My heart beat was rapid though.
