Myopia Progression
Hello,
One of my friends has high miyopia, but a few years ago his myopia progression stopped.
Nowadays, I read an article it tells that using computer and reading a lot, causes progressing myopia.
Is it also okay for adults whose myopia is stopped?

My doctor says I am high myopic and recommended multifocal lens for my cataract. I had cataract surgery 2 months ago but unhappy with the multifocal lens because they continue to give me halos. Is it safe to change to monofocals for a 2nd surgery 2 months after the first surgery? I would appreciate your help. Thanks.
