Need a specialist

I've gone to several Optometirsts and all 3 have come to the conclustion that I have the condition "Kerakotonus". I was originally prescribed contact lenses and I wore them as needed.  But, when I took them off, my vision worsened.  I reverted back to glasses and each prescription I received from all 3 Optometrists did not hep.  I was told by my last Optometrist that I may need medical attention, because it's becoming a medical condition.  I need to find a specialist in the Gardena, California area or one in the Los Angeles County.  Please help, if anyone knows of a reputable and great specialist.
