Nodular Episcleritis

I have had a small lump that looks like a puss ball in the white part of my eye.  I have been doing alot of researching and found that my eye looks very similar if not exactly like pictures i've seen of Nodular Episcleritis.  I have not been to a doctor to determine this for sure. sometimes it gets red especially when i don't get much sleep. it also gets dry at times. when it gets red i use visine and it takes the redness out and it helps the dryness. but the lump always stays there. its a yellowish color lump. can this be Nodular Episcleritis.  or is this something else and is it a severe condition.

See an Eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in cornea/external disease; its possible you may also need to see a rheumatologist.

I am 23 years old now and have had a small lump that looks like a puss ball in the white part near black part of my both eyes. Also, my eye is always red (except when using medicine like FML, FML Neo, Occupol D) and irritate mostly. I am suffering from 2009 in initial stage it was only in my left eye but from 2010 right eye have also been affected.  I have been consulting with many doctors but they said that I have affected by allergy and they usually prescribe FML, FML Neo, Allercrome, Occupol D, Moisol, Tear Plus. In the initial stage my eye sight was correct but after 4-5 months of starting treatment eye sight power was lowered and doctor prescribe to wear a glass of power -0.75 in left and -0.25 in right eye and last week doctor prescribe me to wear a glass of -1 in left and -0.25 in right eye. and last time doctor said it that I am affected by Nodular Episcleritis  without any test except seeing and said that it does not be curable. I am also afraid of the side effect of these medicines. Is this right? If so how should I do. Give me suggestions, please.

We don't make diagnosis in this forum especially by photos. Nodular scleritis is usually red and inflammed looking. See an Eye MD for a diagnosis find one at www.aao.org
