Now or Later

This morning I noticed blood in the white of my upper right eye.  I quickly looked online for some info and found that it is fairly common and figured it would clear up.  As the day went on the blood spread down to the color of my eye and was bothersome.  I looked at it, under my upper lid, with a flashlight and found a scratch/cut.  I also found a very small red bloody looking spot on my lower left eye as well.   I do wear contacts (I took them out as soon as I noticed this).  I can't think of anything that could have possibly caused this.  I am wondering if this is something that warrants a trip to ER or if waiting until tomorrow is acceptible.

Thanks.

If you wear contacts you should have a optometrist or ophthalmologist that you see regularily. Call them and ask whether you need to come in for an exam.
