Ocular Motility Test: Upgaze Right and Downgaze Right Closes Right Eye

It was first detected about a month ago. I also have faint muscle spasms around both eyes (I've had them for years). Facial spasms too in the last month, most strongly on right side. Faint mouth and larynx spams are chronic during the day and continue while I sleep. Right knee didn't respond to reflex test.
