Optician made wrong glasses

I am 37 year old with extreme myopia, post cataract and refractive surgery got following prescription-

RE:   0.00 Sph  -1.00 Cyl at 5 degree    
LE:  +0.75 Sph -1.75 Cyl at 165 degree
Reading addition: +2.75 for both eyes

My optician made progressive glasses from Zeiss, when I cross examined the power from different other opticians they said the glasses have

RE:   0.00 Sph  -0.75 Cyl at 5 degree    
LE:  +0.75 Sph -1.50 Cyl at 175 degree
Reading addition: +2.50 for both eyes

with my prescription when tested I was getting 20/30 vision
but with my new glass I am get ting 20/30P vision

Questions:
1. How different my glasses are as compare to my prescrition ?

2. Is it going to harm my eyes if I am wearing these wrong glasses with defect of -0.25D Cyl and 10 degree axis ?

3. My glasses are expensive, do I need to change them immediately ? if not, then how long I can wear these wrong glasses.

The differences between the glasses is miniscule and generally impossible to tell apart in the RE  in the LE some people would be able to tell a differnce of 10 degrees in the axis of the astimatism.  You should know that Zeiss has a proprietary process for their "wave front glasses" where their computer eye scanner makes changes in the paper prescription based on individual eye scanning. You need to discuss this with the people that sold you the expensive Zeiss glasses in the very near future.  The surgery certainly got rid of your high myopia
