Permanent scar on eyeball(pic included)

Hello all, so I've had this scar on the outside part of my right eye for years now. I believe around 10 years or so and it happened when I was a kid around 9-12 years old...
Pretty stange how it happened, but a kid was whiping his coat sleave at my face just fooling around and caught me in the same eye twice somehow...all I remember is my eye was extremely red and it left a scar that never went away...

The scar is patchy and red, and one visible vein runs to the spot...I also have a visible vein that comes from the inside part of this eye as well, but ist not bad and isnt like the scar on the outside part of the eye..
Its not even really noticable normally, but it gets irratated very easy and turns more red when it does...so if I smoke weed, my right eye gets much more red than my left. Or if I try to wear contacts it can start to turn more red after a while. Alergies will do the same, etc, etc. It's a pain in the ***, and ***** because I do like to smoke weed.

I really don't think iys gotten worse over the years or anything, it just looks crappy when I irritate it with things like weed, alergies, contacts, etc.

Here is the pic...normally its not as red as this but it can get much worse when I smoke.

My main question here is should I be concerned?...or is it just a scar... Will this ever get worse as I get older or will it lead to problems down the road? Could it make me go blind some day?

If it hasn't caused any major problems in 10 years since it happend and hasn't gotten worse, is there anything to worry about though?

It stays the same size and shape and color and doesn't bleed then its not likely at all to be anything that is concerning.

That doesn't look like a scar. You need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist for a proper diagnosis. It is not going to make you blind but the chronic weed use can make you dumb (loss of IQ points, increased rates of schizophrenia, memory impairment, loss of motivation, etc. etc)
