Precautions for floaters?

Is it unsafe to run and /or do high impact aerobics when you have just had a floater appear, but have no retinal detachment yet? If not but there is no detachment after 3 weeks, is it safer then?

Thank you very much for your answer Dr. O. Exercising has always been so important to me .i guess it is a mental thing with me and a stress reliever especially my aerobics class. Hopefully I will one day do it again.

It probably makes no difference-no one knows for sure.  I might consider less high impact aerobics for two to three months.  Most detachments occur within 6 weeks.
