Sorry I can't get the picture to open. You can try artificial tears, commercial eye irrigating fluid and oral pain pills.

I'm inclined to think it is foreign material. It has become very uncomfortable (it feels somewhat scratchy when I close my eyes - I don't know how I'll sleep tonight) and there are two dots.
The only thing is I didn't do anything that would expose me to foreign material that could get in my eye. The only thing I can think of is an incident that occurred more than two weeks ago. Is it possible for a foreign object to be present in the eye but not be known and then work its way out over time (two weeks).

1. It could be foreign material on your cornea. 2. You may just be seeing a small iris freckle for the first time.
If a problem tomorrow go in to see the ophthalmologist or optometrist that fit your contact lens.
