I checked the link out above. Its an optometric advertising site. Because of the way the eye is constructed eye exercises are NOT HELPFUL and very EXPENSIVE and not supported by MEANINGFUL RESEARCH.

Vision therapy is somewhat controversial, perhaps partially because it has been used to treat many conditions for which it simply doesn't work. No one should spend good money on an eye exercise program with the goal of reducing nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism.

excercises for the eyes sorry. like eye movements.
I would suggest jogging, swimming, push ups and sit ups.
