Reemerging Cataract

I am a 37 year old male whom had a surgery about 2 years ago, I went and did a cataract surgery on my right eye which I had a cataract right in the middle of my cornea..  After these 2 years, I had been very careful taking care of my eye in terms of getting enough sleep and having foods that are able to help my eye sight.

Recently, I had a strange feeling in my right eye where sometimes I feel a little bit weird with my sight.  I feel that the original feeling I had when I had cataract is back.  where I can see very well but I am seeing blurry spots or lines floating around in my eye.  I am just wondering, is there a possibility of having the cataract return on my right eye?  Also, is there a thing saying the after a cataract surgery, you are not allowed to do the same procedure of surgery again.

Your advice would be so appreciated on this.

This could just be floaters or a aftercataract (PCO).

You can not do much about floaters. Please read:

A posterior capsule opacification(PCO) can be easily treated by a yag laser.
Search for capsulotomy on youtube.
