Regading a posterior capsultomy

I have respect for my opthalmologist. She has recommended I have a posterior capsulotomy doi to clouding of my vision 5 years post cataract surgery. Should I get a second opinion on this surgery?

I had this done to one eye for clouding after cataract surgery.  The procedure took a couple of seconds, was painless, and the brightness of my vision was almost instantly restored.

BTW, the doctor warned me that I might see something like floaters for a few days, as the cloudy bits blasted by the laser disintegrated.  This turned out to be true, but it resolved very quickly.
