Hello
I'm a young person in my twenties(28). I'm overally healthy, never had any major diseases or such.
However, about three years ago, I made a habit of staring at the lights uncontrollably and after a while I started having floaters in my both eyes and they became extremely sensitive to bright lights and plain white backgrounds. I have noticed my eyes get worse while watching TV or looking at any bright light and causing transparent strings of floating material and images downwards in my vision.
And now, it’s been three months that I’ve been having even a worse symptom known as light flashes and having some floaters in my eyes.It is so difficult for me to drive at night because my eye are so sensible to light, this situation is driving me crazy.
I've already visited 4 eye doctors over the last 9 months and they couldn't tell me what is wrong. Recently I had an eye examination and the doctor gave an assessment/prescription for my eyes which I have scanned them for you to see. Just click the links below.

I am hoping that someone could give me some directions what might be wrong.
Thanks in Advance
2. I looked at the images you posted of your exam and there is nothing serious there.
3. Staring at lights will NOT cause floaters.
