Thank you, it really helps. :)
It is not a retina burn. And your depression and anxiety is obviously your biggest problem. Your light sensitivity will not kill or blind you and in generally some very mild condition such as dry cornea.
If you have a family MD get in to see him/her. Discuss you depression, stress, anxiety, fatigue. Ask about a referral to a good psychiatrist. It is unhealthy to live with debilitating anxiety, depression, fatigue and stress.
For your eyes try warm compresses, artificial tears such as opteve or refresh or systane and use as often as necessary. If it persists see an Eye MD ophthalmologist.
If you are already on oral anti-depression, anti-anxiety medication some of these can dry the mouth and eyes.

i've been really tired, depressed, and stressed. a couple days ago, while in the car, i looked at a streetlamp and the light from it's bulb hurt my eyes. then, the day after, at night in the car (my mother was driving) i looked in the light of the stoplights (it was red at the time) and the light hurt my eyes. then today, i saw the sunlight through the glass door and it was so bright my eyes literally felt like they were burned. and now everywhere i look i feel the back of my eyes are burning. do i have retinal burn? is this all because of my stress/depression/fatigue? can i die from this if not treated? and one last question: what should i do, go see my doctor, or let it heal?
see an ophthalmologist. sometimes oral steroids are tried. It could get better with time.

so how you are going ? unluckily i too facing same problem after viewing sun for half an hour. continuous blur spot is coming in my eyes from two days ?
what to do ? i had consult with do. , plz let me know can it be cured ?
IF you don't notice any change in your vision, no block spots or areads that are blurred and all seems normal it is very very unlikely you did any sun damage. Solar (sun) retinopathy/maculopathy shoes up immediately.
