i am having this problem off and on, and right now, it's on. i am light headed, my eyeballs hurt and my vision is pixelated. its driving me nuts because i cant get a good focus on what i am looking at, and that is starting to give me a headache. i do have trouble with night vision, but the dr. says its because i have a dry spot on my eyes, i think its more than that, but he says everything looks good pressure wise and nothing is separated, and no cataracts. i feel your pain
Forgot to include no smoking (tobacco products, e cigs or marijuana). The incidence of stroke/death in people with TIAs that use these products is quite high

The possibilities since you have not had this until the past year include eye problems, disorders of the heart, brain and blood vessels.
Nader should also make sure your blood pressure, blood sugar/diabetes test, serum cholesterol and triglycerides and your body weight are checked and treated if abnormal. Asprin is often used for TIA (transient ischemic attack) and these increase the risk of stroke and death.

Hi, I had a same problem
I was due to blood density , my problem solved simply by taking one aspirin a day.
I didn't realise this condition would be so prevalent but I will post again my pixelated vision here because I want to highlight that this seems to be very common and there is no clear information about why or what it is.
I've had speckled, pixelated vision since I was 12 years old in both eyes (I'm 33). I have no idea what the cause is / was. Everything I see day and night is like watching a tv with low resolution, I used to look at the night sky a lot when I was younger, now when I do this I just see millions of dots (orangy in colour flaring). It's not a big deal in the sense that it hasn't changed my life in any significant way. It is pronounced though and I visited an opthamologist recently since I was concerned that it has got worse. The opthamologist I visited found nothing wrong with the eye and along with my optician looked at me as if I was making it up - which is pretty frustrating, I've never had any other health issues. Can anyone shed (non-speckled) light please.
Never try to save money on parachutes or care of your eyes.
You need to see an ophthalmologist or Eye MD to determine what is causing this. The possibilities since you have not had this until the past year include eye problems, disorders of the heart, brain and blood vessels.
