I'm 18 years old, no history of myopia or glaucoma, normal pressures, i have myopia in both eyes (approximately -5 in LE and -5.75 in RE), very high corneal thickness (595 and 594 microns) but OCT that i've recently done made me really scared and forced me to search on the web for similar cases: i have very thin RNFL (69 microns in both eyes) despite the fact that all the other parameters are within normal range, i have almost symmetric thinning of Inferior and Superior quadrants in both of my eyes.
Here are the results that i've already posted some time ago on one of the medical forums, the signal strength of OCT was 3 and 4 (apparently this can make results worse than they really are):

Now, i've read that myopic patients often have bad thinning in Inf and Sup quadrants but this seems really weird.Does it look like glaucoma or just pathological individual anatomy?I've also done visual field tests which were normal (PSD was lower than -2.00 and i was doing it without lenses or glasses due to some weird mistake of the medical technician).
I perfectly realize that glaucoma is a progressive disease and it cannot be determined simply judging by the very first OCT especially if signal strength is that low, but i'm just looking for what you can tell me judging from your experience, nothing else.
