Right eye not moving towards right side

Dear Doctor,

Recently i  met with an accident.doctor said that there is a small blood clot in the brain and provided treatment for that,after 1 week i recovered from the blood clot,form that day my right eye is rotating. It is moving up, down,and towards the nose. But it is not moving to the right side. Is there any cure doctor? Pl.help me.

You need to discuss this with your doctors but your description sounds like a traumatic right lateral rectus palsy also known as a 6th cranial nerve palsy.  You and do internet search and read more. Sometimes it gets better over time however if it is still there 6 months after the injury it is not likely to go away. There are things that can be done to try and help and you should see an Eye MD ophthalmologist if you have not already. Also don't patch one eye (except if you have to to drive) as patching makes the muscle get even weaker.
