Scabies Treatment

Hi

I was diagonsed with scabies by my doctor around five days back. I had a rash just between my thigh and penis and I ignored it for some time the rash increased and then i had rashes in my arm pit. and so on it increased to other parts not. My docotor has given me Eurax lotion and Telefast tablets which i feel like arent helping me in any manner. What I found over the internet is that Eurax is not the cure but it decreases itching only and i should be using Elimit cream which contains Premethrin 5% and usualy in 2-3 applications scabies is gone. Please advise.
