Do I have dry eyes or something else?

For a few weeks I have noticed that sometimes my vision in my right eye gets foggy when i blink and it goes away when I blink. I visited the doctor and they could not find anything, but I mentioned I was having sinus/allergy problems so they thought that maybe it was just my allergies acting up. Though just yesterday when my eye got foggy I looked into the mirror and noticed a thin layer of film that moved when I blinked and it made my vision clear again and when i kept blinking it went over my pupil again and made it foggy. When I put in drops I have relief for some time before it comes again. So now that I know what was the cause, what is this called? is this just dry eyes or allergies? thanks!

I’m sorry but your description does not allow me to tell you what the problem is.  You do need to see a Eye MD ophthalmologist as only a real exam by a real MD Eye doctor with specialized equipment can give a real diagnosis.
