Seeing stars when shouting?

Hi! I have seen a quick burst of stars (probably what looked like 3 white stars) that literarily lasted just a second while I was shouting today. It kind of got me worried as this never happened before. What can cause this? I'm a young man in my mid twenties, and otherwise healthy. Thanks!

Yes, if you are young and healthy and don't have bad habits like smoking or abusing drugs it's likely benign.

Thanks for the answer! Is it possible that this could also be due to the same phenomenon that occurs in some people when they cough for example and see stars?

Poor circulation to the eye or brain might cause that. If it reoccurs you should see an Eye MD ophthalmologist and your family MD for basic exam and tests.
