glaucoma and toric lense for cataract

I have astigmatism and advanced glaucoma with some blind spots.  Would it be worth the expense of getting a toric
lens.

I do not understand what a "natural conclusion" is. However if you and the surgeon you feel confident and comfortable with believe this the best course then that sounds reasonable.

Thanks for responded. Since my post, I have talked to the doctor twice and had another measurement done. The route now is to do limbol relaxing incisions with monofocal lens and leave other eye as is for now since it,s not as bad yet. Intent is I will have natural conclusion. Does this sound reasonable?

Can't answer that you. Toric  IOLS have been quite accepted, the expense is not like multifocal/accommodating IOLS, the complication rate is not as high as with multifocal IOLs.

It's a value judgment only you can make.

For some people the answer is yes for others no
