Spider veins in eye that get red sometimes.

I'vs had veins in the corners of my eyes for about 3 months now. I started noticing red eyes when I got a virus which caused my eyes to red and some pus discharge. My eyes have been red sinve that day. Now, when everything is ok, my eyes have veins in the corners. But when I am at school, those cor ers become fully red. I don't know if it is due to dry heat, air or warmth. My eyes get better outside where it is cold. Do you think this is dry eyes or something else?

An infection does not cause more eye veins to develop and one the infection is over the veins should look like before. If you are male and 18 dry eyes unlikely. It might be more a preoccupation with your eye's appearance.

What i find disturbing is that my eyes becone inflamed in many buildings. They're not "pink eye" stype red, but the veins become much more promminent. Then when i go outside, they go back to their normal state in seconds, but the veins are still lightly there. I remember that I hhad eyes tht were crystal clear, now I have veins...
Usually its just the opposite red outside and white inside. You might try regular use of artificial tears such as : refresh, systane, blink, soothe, retaine
I think that if I had some sort of infection (episcleritis, pink eye, blepharitis etc..), my eyes would be red CONSTANTLY. My eyes get red and veiny in school and calm down when I go outside. At home they are calm as well. When I went to my doctor for an appointment, my eyes flared up again. My eyes also get redder when I cough or yawn. Have you ever heard of something like this?
Yes, often, but rarely is it serious.
