protect eyes from optic atrophy?

Dear All,

I got dengue fever last year, and after that, my left eye went to blind rapidly, the eye hospital helped my eye getting better within 1 month, but it is still blurred. Last month, i had eye check, and the doctor said that my eye nerve is discolored. And my eye can be optic atrophy. I have searched on google and this forum also, but there is no proven treatment yet. Wil my eye go to optic atrophy gradually or there is any method to keep current condition and the bright eye ?

Appreciate your information ! Thank you very much

Regards

Mill
