Squint Surgery

Hello Doctor i am 31 year male my left eye was very weak from childhood and it has also a divergent squint ,i referred to to eye surgeon , he advised me to do lasik surgery, which i have done on 20.03.2010, my vision improved because of lasik surgery but squint remain, now i am facing problem of blurred  vision when i m  using my  booth eyes to focus on an object   and strain eyes , as previously my brain ignore the vision of left eye, but now it is reading the vision, that why i m facing above problem as my eye surgeon explained, now he advised me to do do squint correction surgery in order to reduce the intensity of the above problems, i am reluctant to go for the surgery as i heard that it has risks with in it.

please advise me what to do as i am in a dilemma .

could u plz tell me? which doctor you met in karachi & hospital name.. because i also have an intermittent strabismus in both eyes...i am also in search of good strabismus surgeon in karachi...

thanks a lot Doctor for advice, i am in search of best strabismus Surgeon in Pakistan , as Doctor advised me that my left eye squint is huge so it cannot be fixed with glasses.
Recently i visited a eye surgeon at a well known Hospital in karachi, he suggested for strabismus surgery in both eyes , he also said that it cannot be fixed with a single surgey u need to have a second surgery after few month of first surgery.

See a strabismus surgeon.  Divergent strabismus can be fixed and it is your best option.  You can also get glasses with prisms.
